Our Return & Exchange Promise
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible: Items must be in the same, unused condition as you received them, including original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Restocking Details: Because we specialize in custom rink materials, Custom Cut orders have a 50% restocking fee. Regular stock items have a 10% restocking fee.

Authorization Required: Items sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee.

Return Freight: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. When shipping your return, please ensure freight is pre-paid.

We take great pride in the quality of our products! Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damage, defects, or incorrect items, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please report any issues regarding damaged or incorrect products within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges for damaged items must be initiated within this 30-day window to be eligible for replacement.
Need an Exchange?
The fastest way to get exactly what you need is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
